From 2 to 5 October, I had the honour of participating in the Annual Congress of the American Confederation of Urology CAU2024, held in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic). This event brought together urology experts and professionals from all over the world, allowing for an enriching exchange of knowledge and the presentation of the latest innovations in the field of urology.
The quality of the sessions and the level of scientific discussion were exceptional, reflecting the relevance of this meeting for the advancement of urology globally. In my case, I have had the opportunity to share my experience in the following areas:

- Penile enlargement and thickening
- New era in BPH surgery
- Is enucleation the new gold standard?
- Biochemical recurrence after radical management of prostate cancer
- Course Hands: Coloplast TFL Drive: Safety driven by Energy and Power
The active participation of the ROC Clinic team with presentations by my colleagues Dr. Juan Justo Quintas and Dr. Agustín Fraile Poblador makes us proud and reaffirms our commitment to continuing education and research in the field of urology.
I would like to congratulate the American Confederation of Urology for the excellent organisation of this meeting. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to be part of such a high level event. Not only did we take away with us a shared learning experience, but we also took away with us a great deal of knowledge and experience in the field.
