We talked for the program “Hablando Claro” of RTVE, about a new drug, still in the experimental phase, which acts on the mature spermatozoid so that it cannot move the flagellum and cannot fertilize the egg. The novelty is that it does not interfere in the production of spermatozoa, but in the mature spermatozoa. In this sense, this drug can change the paradigm and the concept of contraception. However, it will take a few years to reach the market.
